Florida law restricts notaries from certifying copies of certain public records and other protected documents.
We cannot certify copies of:
Birth certificates
Death certificates
Marriage certificates
Court records or documents filed with a court
Already-filed tax forms
Documents where photocopying is prohibited (such as certain naturalization documents)
